Technology Development Engineer - Si Solar Expertise

Minimum Qualifications
- Lead meetings and efficiently write research/meeting summaries/reports
- Experience in silicon solar cell processing and device optimization
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- This position would be split 50:50 between supporting the further development of our 60 MW factory and helping evaluate advanced tools for the next generation technology.
- Knowledge of process control, manufacturability.
- Coordinate with external equipment and materials manufacturers to evaluate new equipment and processes
- Ability to interface closely with both research scientists and process engineers
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering or equivalent industrial experience
- Experience with semiconductor device testing and materials characterization
- Experience with Si solar cells
- At least 3 years industrial experience, startup experience a plus
