Solar Manufacturing Technician

Minimum Qualifications
- Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and production maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
- Must react accordingly to non-standard situations (stressful situations).
- Develop a sense of ownership with processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate complex, high throughput, manufacturing process equipment and Able to follow complex procedures.
- Must be mechanically inclined and perform routine maintenance procedures
- Operate metrology tools and take/process measurements and perform process adjustments.
- Must react accordingly to non-standard situations (stressful situations).
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and/or equipment experience.
- Computer savvy.
- Critical reasoning skills.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
