Equipment Maintenance Technician

Minimum Qualifications
- Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and production maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production and production support machines.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform technician skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production.
Minimum Qualifications
- AA degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance or other related technical program is desired or equivalent high tech industry experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and industrial skills with some PLC experience desired.
- Strong documentation skills needed in order keep all shifts aware of all occurrences (i.e. strong record keeping skills).
